Build the house you want, with the Construction training it needs handled along the way. Choose a PvM preset or your own ground-floor layout, and the script carries on from whatever is already built.
Your house, built to plan
In the Build House tab, pick a preset from a PvM starter house up to a max PvM house and customize it. Or draw your own ground-floor layout, or copy the house you're standing in, whether it's yours or one you're visiting.
Stand in your house with building mode on before you start, and the preview shows what it will build on your account, what's blocked and why, and an estimated cost including training.
It buys a house if you don't have one, buys each piece's materials at the Grand Exchange, adds the rooms, and builds and upgrades the planned pieces. It sets up the portal nexus with the planned teleports your account can use, leaving your own in place. Once it can hire a butler, it adds servant quarters and hires one to fetch planks, and on a preset it can build a tea kitchen so the butler's tea cuts the training needed. It never deletes your rooms, though a custom layout moves them into place.
Train Construction on its own
Build furniture in your house, with butler hiring, plank deliveries and wages handled for you. Or craft ship parts at a bankside shipwrights' workbench, with no house needed; when it restocks at the Grand Exchange, it can sell what it crafted to recover part of the cost.
Requirements
Membership is required. Turn on Auto-Bond and the script buys and redeems a bond at the Grand Exchange when membership runs out, then carries on. Every house mode needs coins in the bank, and workbench training needs coins or the planks and tools it crafts with. Build House builds the ground floor only. A piece stays blocked until you meet its quest and skill requirements and bank any item it needs that the Grand Exchange doesn't sell. Until it can hire a butler, Build House trains with Phials in Rimmington, so your house needs to be there. The preview warns you first.
Antiban comes with it: pick a play style and turn on random AFKs and short and long breaks, timed differently for each account.
